Internship – Beijing Radio & Television Station (2025.5–8)
Marketing & Business Event Planning Intern — Comprehensive Planning for the 5th Future Audiovisual Innovation Competition
Project Coordination & Overall Strategic Planning
I served as the primary planner responsible for developing the core strategic framework of the Fifth Future Audiovisual Innovation Competition. My work included drafting the competition’s main planning documents, designing multi-stage track structures, and developing an operational mechanism to connect government agencies, universities, experts, and enterprises. I completed government procurement bidding materials, budgeting sheets, and execution frameworks, contributing to the establishment of an integrated “industry–academia–research” competition system.
Content Development & Execution Management
I drafted key competition materials, including track descriptions, evaluation frameworks, launch and award-ceremony scripts, operational guidelines, and multi-stage execution plans. I coordinated with expert judges, universities, corporate partners, and venue teams to ensure each stage—from submissions to finals—progressed smoothly. This role required detailed communication, multi-party project scheduling, and continuous problem-solving to keep the competition running effectively.
Promotion Strategy & Brand Communication
I developed integrated promotional materials for the competition, including theme slogans, visual messaging structures, and official publicity copy. I produced communication assets such as posters, video scripts, and campaign layouts to strengthen the competition’s brand identity across media platforms. My work enhanced public visibility, improved participant engagement, and supported the overall media communication strategy used by Beijing Radio & Television Station.
